Because my books are printed on demand, each copy is produced specifically for your order. For that reason, I am not able to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as choosing the wrong book, changing your mind, or dissatisfaction with the content.
That said, your satisfaction still matters. If there’s an issue with the quality of your book, I’m here to help.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your book arrives with any of the following issues, I will gladly replace it at no cost:
- Printing defects (blurred text, missing pages, misaligned images)
- Damage incurred during shipping
- Incorrect item received
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the problem and the packaging
Once verified, I will arrange a replacement.
Digital Products
If your order includes digital files, these are non‑refundable once delivered.
